Commission: Uncapped commission structure (OTE up to £50K)

Location: Liverpool (100% field-based)

About the Role:

At Bionic, we're the UK's number one business comparison and switching service, supporting small businesses across the country. We are expanding our presence in Liverpool.

Liverpool's independent businesses, from Bold Street to the Baltic Triangle and Lark Lane, bring character and energy to the city. They need expert support to thrive, and that's where you come in.

We combine smart technology with human expertise to assist business owners with energy, insurance, connectivity, and finance, enabling them to focus on their core activities. We partner with companies like Compare the Market, Uswitch for Business, and MoneySuperMarket to ensure SMEs get the best deals on essentials.

SMART Utilities, a division of Bionic Group, plays a crucial role. Our Field Sales Reps are community backbone, engaging directly with customers and building strong relationships by prospecting within their territory.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source new business opportunities and generate leads by engaging with prospective and existing customers in your territory.
  • Deliver tailored, consultative solutions across our services, including energy, telecoms, and insurance.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with support from our pricing team.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, leveraging referrals.
  • Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor, providing outstanding service and support.
  • Plan your days strategically in the field to maximize opportunities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs consistently.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a driven, ambitious individual eager to join our nationwide team. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their sales career or embrace a new challenge. You should be eager to learn, hungry for success, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

  • Some sales experience—whether office-based, door knocking, or prospecting—provides a foundation for us to build upon through training and coaching.
  • Strong prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and solution presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to close sales, gain commitment, and influence customers.
  • Excellent pipeline management skills.
  • Strong verbal and numerical reasoning with high attention to detail.
  • Resilient, focused under pressure, and target-driven.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales goals.
  • Open to coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence with valid car insurance; business insurance must be added before starting. A monthly car allowance and fuel card are provided.
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role with travel across your territory.
