Sales Manager - Field Sales - London & the UK – Team of 12 – Motivation – hands on

LONDON BASED - 3 days a week in LONDON (9 reps in London). Competitive BASIC with an excellent OTE + London transport allowance, Phone, Lap top. Merchant services and more – Solutions – Independent retail / restaurants – Man management Negotiable – Global organisation. National Sales Manager – SME business solutions. Our client has incredible presence in 8 countries across the globe and a massive player in it’s motherland. Growing and developing in the UK with a team of 15 needing to be taken to the next level. New business solutions and services being introduced. Merchant Services experience would be ideal for this UK and Ireland National Sales Manager role. A well‑established team, varying levels. London offices. Huge potential – OTE circa 60K uncapped. This is a great role and company and long term career opportunity to really grow and develop an existing team.

THE ROLE
  • To manage, train, develop, motivate a team of 12 across the UK (9 in London).
  • To recruit and grow existing team.
  • 3 days in the field minimum.
  • 2 days in the week office based in London.
  • Sell a variety of business solutions but focusing on your knowledge of Merchant services.
  • A full on man management role heading up all of UK & Ireland Sales – National Sales Management.
THE CANDIDATE
  • You MUST have sold Merchant services or something similar or sold into restaurants and hotels etc.
  • You MUST be a sales manager of people - field sales man management.
  • You must be tenacious, hardworking, professional and have a great attitude towards motivation and man management.
  • You will be London ish based 2 days a week and happy to get out and stuck in with sales training and leading by example out in the field.
  • You will be dynamic and a high achiever and want to develop your career in man management.
