Field Sales Executive - Merchant Services

Type: Permanent Employed
Salary: £35,000 basic + £5,000 car allowance + expenses + uncapped commission, OTE £80,000
About the role
If you’re a successful field sales professional wanting to make the move into an exciting FinTech business, read on! We’re on the lookout for field-based Field BDMs to join our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) division to take our pioneering payment products and technology stack to market. We’re offering a leading and upfront commission package in return for your commitment with loads of new business to win.
What you’ll be doing
- Contact key decision makers to sell payment solutions and cross sell/upsell other relevant solutions for their business such as pay by link, cash advance, POS terminals, card processing, etc.
- React to provided leads as well as self-generating new sales opportunities.
- Build a successful book of customers which you will proactively manage.
- Cold call new business in your defined area & convert them to our products.
- Work in partnership with internal teams to process, deliver and set up any products, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step of the process.
About you
- You must have cold calling / field sales / business development experience & a track record of success selling to SMEs (likely from utilities, media, telecoms, etc). Payment’s experience is not essential – we offer full training & development.
