Manpower is currently seeking an interim Chef/ Field Sales Executive, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Scotland. This is a full‑time temporary role to run until the end of December 2026, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £42,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and field working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

It involves working with customers ranging from Michelin star restaurants, hotels, through to pub chefs and workplace, school or hospital caterers – as well as the wholesalers and cash and carries who service the ‘Away from Home’ industry. As a Key Account Executive, you will join a talented group of people who are always willing to go that extra mile for their customers. The purpose of the Key Account Executive is more than just selling products. You are required to seek out new business opportunity for Unilever whilst maintaining your existing business. You would be expected to deliver growth by opening new accounts within your agreed territory within the ‘Away from Home’ market. You will need to meet your volume and financial targets and deliver excellent service to your Customers. Within this role you may be asked to spend time off your territory if a specific target or product needs support in other high‑footfall areas.
