The Ideal Regional Business Development Executive will :
  • Drive year‑on‑year sales growth across a comprehensive range of products through prospecting, customer support, and documented cost savings. However, as an established global business, new sales will represent 15‑20% as the remaining part of the role will be to manage and maintain existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring continuous improvement and effective sales operations.
  • Implement local sales and industry segment strategies alongside the Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.
  • Promote the company's full‑service offering and identify opportunities to deliver value to customers.
  • Utilise digital tools like CRM systems and on‑line platforms to streamline the sales process and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead the launch of new products and services, ensuring successful integration into the assigned accounts.
As a business development executive you will bring :
  • A strong engineering background, ideally gained through hands‑on experience or a relevant apprenticeship within the manufacturing industries.
  • Proven knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes, with experience in working with 5‑axis machine centres.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • A full, clean driving licence and the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
