Job summary

A leading financial solutions provider in Coventry is seeking a Field Sales Associate to empower small businesses while driving high earnings through a sales career. You will meet business owners daily, proactively generate new business, and conduct face-to-face product demos. Success is rewarded with uncapped earnings and recognition. We are looking for a resilient individual with strong customer-facing experience who is willing to embrace challenges and achieve targets in a fast-paced field environment.

Salary & Benefits

Full-time, 1-Year FTC (potential to become permanent)

£28, base salary

£6, car allowance per year

£2, incidental allowance per year

£60,+ realistic OTE through uncapped commission (potential for this to rise significantly)
