Job Overview

Field Repair Manager – Jobs in Central Belt Scotland at Stannah. As part of the management team within the Glasgow branch, you will drive operational excellence and exceed business goals. You will lead a team of skilled Lift Engineers and subcontractors, guiding them towards achieving our Business Plan targets. You will cover Modernisation through to New installation from Platform Lifts through to Passenger and Goods Lifts. You will shape and inspire your team to consistently deliver exceptional service that aligns with our company values and Health and Safety standards. This role is based from our Glasgow Service Branch with travel throughout Warrington expected. A full UK driving licence is essential. A competitive salary plus a benefits package (including a company car/car allowance) is offered.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 0800-1645 and Friday 0800-1545.

Field Repair Manager Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan engineer workloads including the allocation of repair works.
• Maintenance of a Portfolio.
• Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures. Conduct risk assessments and method statements.
• Carry out regular site monitoring.
• Maintain relationships with customers, addressing queries and complaints.
