Responsibilities

  • Support and develop Maintenance Technicians through training.
  • Implement best practice standards for maintenance.
  • Ensure hotels remain safe and operational for guests.
  • Manage divisional stock and repair tools effectively.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for Technicians.
  • Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance compliance.

Hands-on maintenance or facilities experience
