A leading safety standards organization is seeking an Engineer Surveyor Crane/Lift in the West of England. This role involves carrying out inspections on cranes and lifting equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a mechanical engineering qualification (NVQ4, HNC, HND) and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience with relevant equipment.
  • LEEA qualifications are preferred when combined with mechanical engineering.
  • Clean UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-quality inspections on cranes, MEWPs, HIABs, FLTs and other lifting equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with LOLER & PUWER regulations.
  • Use best-in-class digital tools for on-site inspection reports.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients.
