A local home care provider in Sefton is seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to support care consultations and train Care Professionals. The role involves conducting quality assurance visits and maintaining electronic records while building strong relationships with clients and their families. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be confident in using technology, and possess a full driving licence. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to meet business needs, and it strictly requires residing in the UK.
This role is based in our Southport office and you will spend a lot of your time out and about in the community, so driving is essential.
No two days are the same, so we need someone who is flexible and able to think on their feet.
