Responsibilities
  • Taking full ownership of a defined geographical patch (Southwest)
  • Actively prospecting and converting new clients within hospitality, leisure, and catering
  • Managing and growing existing accounts to exceed sales and margin targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to drive value and insights
  • Delivering consistently high customer service through regular contact and thoughtful account management
  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and supported by a dedicated customer service advisor
Qualifications
  • Proven success in business development or account management within the foodservice sector
  • Strong catering product knowledge and an understanding of the hospitality industry
  • A confident communicator who can influence decision-makers at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation and organisational skills, with commercial acumen to match
  • Passionate about customers and delivering top-tier service
  • PC literate - training provided for internal systems
  • Full driving licence and able to pass a Basic DBS check
