A global financial services firm in London is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join their Interest Rates Sales business. This role involves developing client relationships, generating sales opportunities, and collaborating with multiple divisions. Role overview: We are looking for an Analyst/Associate to join the Interest Rates Sales business. Ideally looking for a candidate with prior interest rate sales experience who is a self-starter, adaptable and who is committed to building strong and lasting relationships with our clients. Based in London, the successful candidate will be responsible for selling Interest Rate products. Upon starting the role, you will initially support senior salespeople and help on executing transactions. As you develop your client facing skills and product knowledge more accounts will be assigned to you. You will be expected to develop a good understanding of the Fixed Income marketplace. You will also be expected to become involved in business and product development and obtain a good knowledge of the competitor landscape. The scope for development within the role is high as you would be encouraged to take on additional responsibility from an early stage.
