Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Telecoms Field Supervisor to join our team! At Locktel, we build, manage, and maintain vital communications infrastructures. We work with major network operators and engineering companies to build and maintain telecommunication networks.

Responsibilities

1. Cooperate and communicate effectively with PM, Operation Team, H&S department, and Engineers on site.
2. Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
3. Direct and supervise operations of direct labour and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to operational procedures that comply with health and safety requirements.
4. Ensure all works are carried out safely, fulfilling the company’s health, safety, and welfare responsibilities.
5. Ensure all direct labour and sub-contractors provide the required information related to their works.
6. Create and maintain good relations with clients and customers, both internal and external.
7. Utilize the Internal Management System (Tablet & Training provided); knowledge is essential.
8. Meet weekly and monthly team productivity targets.

Requirements and Experience

1. Minimum 2 years of experience working in Civils Telecom Supervision.
2. Experience working with BT/Openreach and knowledge of Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA).
3. Strong communication, people management, and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure with a high level of attention to detail.
5. Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
6. Experience working to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional customer service.
7. Valid driving license is essential.
8. Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
9. Right to Work in the UK (Settlement Status).
