Tracheostomy Trained Female Complex Care Assistant – Edmonton, London

Location: Edmonton, London – Pay Rates: £16.37 – £20.41 per hour shifts available:

  • Day Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Waking Night Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are urgently seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Female Care Assistant to provide dedicated support to a young client with complex health needs in Edmonton. If you have experience with Tracheostomy care and value building genuine, kind connections, we encourage you to apply!

Note: This is a genuine occupational requirement for a female applicant due to the nature of the personal care required (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1).

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Essential Clinical Care: Confidently manage and support essential clinical tasks, including:
  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Oxygen Therapy
  • Medication Administration
  • Person-Centred Support: Provide comprehensive personal care and mobility support.
  • Emotional Well-being: Promote comfort, calm, and positive interaction, helping the client stay safe, happy, and healthy.
What We Need From You
  • Essential Experience: Prior, demonstrable experience in complex care, specifically with Tracheostomy, Oxygen Therapy, and Medication Administration.
  • Approach: A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach—someone who is gentle and takes time to understand the client.
  • Commitment: Ability to consistently commit to the specified day or night shift patterns.
