Hourly rates are paid £1.00 per hour less during probationary period

JOB PURPOSE: To support your client with their day-to-day living, promoting their independence and supporting them to live a fulfilled life ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
INTERNAL AND MANAGEMENT: This role will report to the Registered Manager.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR SUPPORT WORKER:
This is not intended to cover all the responsibilities of the post but to provide some guidance. The post holder will perform any other duties that are deemed reasonable and appropriate by your Line Manager.
As a term of employment, you may be required to undertake other duties and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required. This forms part of your employment contract.
CONFIDENTIALITY: All staff, including our Support Worker are required to respect the confidentiality of all matters that they may learn relating to their employment, other members of staff and the general public.
Health & Safety at Work: It is the duty of every employee including each Support Worker to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others, including the use of necessary safety equipment, devices and protective clothing and to co‑operate with the management in meeting its responsibilities under the act.
