A charity organization in the North East of England is looking for Support Workers to join their team. The role involves assisting individuals, particularly those with autism and complex health needs, to live independently and fulfill their potential. Ideal candidates will have experience in alternative communication methods and a genuine desire to promote independence among those they support. Shift patterns are flexible, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.
Shift patterns: 8am - 8.30pm and 3pm - 8.30pm.
Double up shifts are available but this is flexible depending on the week and availability (10am-3pm or 10am-4pm)
