A family-owned support services company in the South West is seeking a Female Support Worker in Bristol. You will support individuals with mental health diagnoses or learning difficulties, oversee case loads, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and family members. The successful candidate should have experience in mental health, effective interpersonal skills, and an NVQ in health and social care is preferred. This role offers full-time hours and a dynamic working environment.

As Female Support Worker, you will help meet the needs of individuals with a mental health diagnoses or learning difficulty who would benefit from a structured supportive environment with the objective of maximising their independence. You will oversee the case load of service users you are responsible for to ensure all aspects of support are delivered.
This role is full time, working 37.5 hours up to 5 days per week. This may also include a sleep in. Our client's service delivery operates across Monday to Sunday. Your rota will be based on the needs of the business and the service and will include working 1 weekend shift.
