The Education Network is currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Female PE Teacher to join a thriving Secondary School in Leeds. This role has been designated for a female teacher due to a genuine occupational requirement to deliver girls' PE.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with opportunities at KS5).
  • Leading girls' PE lessons, including team sports, individual activities, and fitness sessions.
  • Promoting health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles across the school community.
  • Contributing to extra-curricular clubs, fixtures, and whole-school sporting events.
  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress, providing feedback to support achievement.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Physical Education at secondary school level.
  • A genuine passion for sport, fitness, and inspiring young people.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
