Job description

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse‑led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Ilkeston (DE7) area.

You’ll be providing care and support to one of our female clients who enjoys playing scrabble, card games, word searches and going out for lunch and whose individual needs include:

• Catheter management
• Personal care
• Mobility support
• Diabetic management
• Blind / deaf (able to communicate)

Shifts include

• 2 x Waking nights from 9pm to 6am
• Day shifts also available from 8am to 12pm and 8am to 2pm
• Alternate Weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
