• Experience undertaking one to one interviews and writing SMART career action plans.
• Excellent knowledge of labor market information (LMI).

Responsibilities

• Conduct one to one student interviews and write SMART career action plans.
• Provide support for SEN and at-risk students during interviews.
• Engage students in interactive careers guidance interviews.

Skills

Level 6 or 7 qualification in Careers Advisory services

Excellent report writing skills

Ability to engage and inspire young people

Organization and time keeping skills

Education

GCSEs in English and Maths or Level 2 equivalents

Minimum Level 6 or 7 qualification in Careers Advisory services
