Job description
FCA Compliance Auditor

Location : Hamilton (Head Office)

A vacancy has arisen within Park’s of Hamilton (Holdings) Limited for an FCA Compliance Auditor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, assessments and face to face debriefs with staff to ensure the company’s adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations. This includes oversight of regulated insurance products, consumer credit activities and Consumer Duty outcomes. This also includes items relating to general policy compliance and data protection systems.

The FCA Compliance Auditor will require the following knowledge and personal qualities :

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Adopts a flexible and proactive approach to work duties
  • Good IT skills
  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Have excellent organisation and administrative skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Be friendly, reliable and responsible
  • Be able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
