The role involves leading the forecasting process for key product categories, managing inventory levels, and supporting broader supply chain initiatives. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a consumer goods or fashion brand.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and able to work under time pressure.
• Adaptable, proactive and eager to grow with a scaling business.

Responsibilities

• Execute the monthly buy, create buy proposals, and manage o9 exceptions and order-date adjustments.
• Proactively respond to shortages or surpluses by adjusting factory output or DC inventory.
• Lead lifecycle management, including at-risk stock monitoring and obsolete inventory reporting.
• Produce monthly buy summaries for Executive S&OP and contribute to weekly supply planning meetings.
• Build strong cross-regional relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
