Responsibilities
  • Expand grain and specialist crop contracts and purchasing across your region by increasing contracted area/tonnage.
  • Build long‑term grower relationships that really count by actively identifying business opportunities.
  • Spot commercial opportunities and feed market insights back into the team.
  • Negotiate prices, contract terms, and forward agreements.
  • Provide expert on‑farm support with confidence.
  • Help drive business development and future growth.
Qualifications
  • Have 2+ years in ag sales, grain buying, or farm trading.
  • Understand UK seed and grain markets.
