Family Solicitor - Children Panel Accredited - Cardiff/Chepstow - 3+ Years PQE

Location: Cardiff/Chepstow

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)

Salary: £55,000 to £75,000

A respected regional firm is seeking a Family Solicitor (Children Panel Accredited) to join its award-winning team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families, working on complex and sensitive family matters within a supportive and growing environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:

  • Public law children cases and other complex family matters
  • Providing expert legal representation and guidance to vulnerable clients
  • Collaborating within a small, specialist team with national reach
  • Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the department
  • Contributing to business development and maintaining your professional network
Candidate Requirements
  • Law Society Children Panel Accreditation
  • Minimum of 3 years PQE in family/children law
  • An established following, active caseload, or strong referral network
  • Excellent client care skills and a collaborative team approach
  • Strong technical and advocacy skills
