A regional law firm based in Norwich is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their esteemed Family Law team. The role involves advising clients on financial settlements, children matters, and protective orders, alongside managing a caseload independently. Candidates should have over 4 years PQE in family law, with an ambition to contribute to team growth. Qualifications

Role
  • Advise clients on issuesincluding financial settlements, children matters and protective orders
  • Manage a caseload independently and support senior colleagues on more complex matters
  • Drafting legal documents, pleadings and correspondence
  • Preparing bundles for/attending court hearings
  • Playing an active role in business development
You
  • 4+years PQE with experience across a wide range of family law matters, including Family Law Act proceedings, financial remedies and children matters
  • Experience of pre- and post-nuptial agreements is desirable but not essential
  • Ambitious and keen tocontribute to the team's growth
