Family Solicitor

Location: North Surrey (GU14)

Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with upwards of 2 years" PQE to join a friendly and growing firm based in North Surrey.

This role offers the chance to handle a broad range of private family law matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm is well-regarded locally for its approachable team, high standards of client care, and strong reputation in family law.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children cases.
• Advising clients with empathy and professionalism, maintaining the firm's commitment to excellent client service.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence, and representing clients in negotiations and proceedings where appropriate.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in family law.
• Confident handling your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sensitive and practical approach to client issues.
