A public health organization in Witney seeks a Family Help Practitioner committed to improving outcomes for children and young people. This role includes working directly with families, conducting assessments, and offering timely support. Candidates should be kind, caring, and passionate about continuous improvement. The role is Grade 10, 37 hours per week, with a flexible working pattern to meet the needs of the service. The ability to travel across the County is essential. The work will include completing Strengths and Needs Assessments and Family Help case management, involving direct work with children, young people and their families and providing timely support and interventions to address safeguarding concerns and reduce risks to children and young people. This includes leading Team Around the Family meetings and delivering a range of evidence‑based group programmes to children, young people and families who meet the threshold for the service.
