Salary: £38,000 to £55,000 DOE + excellent benefits (Work Level 6A)

Overview

Due to sustained growth, a leading national legal services provider is expanding its Family Law team and is seeking Solicitors across multiple levels (NQ up to Senior). You'll manage a varied privately funded family caseload end-to-end with a client‑first approach, supported by established admin/secretarial resources and a high‑performing case management system. No following required‑high‑quality work is sourced for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters from instruction to conclusion
  • Conduct proactive negotiation to secure the best outcomes for clients
  • Accurately record all activity on the case management system
  • Meet individual and team chargeable time and profit‑cost targets
  • Draft, review and audit legal documents and correspondence
  • (Senior level) Provide day‑to‑day line management/support to Associate Solicitors
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with demonstrable experience in privately funded family law
  • Proven record of meeting chargeable time/billing targets
  • Confident with case management systems and general IT
  • Strong relationship‑builder with a client‑care mindset; collaborative team player
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, resilient and adaptable to change
