Exciting opportunity to work overseas with a Leading Defence & Security Partner.

The role

As our Facility Manager, you’ll have a role that out of the ordinary. You'll take on a unique and rewarding role in a remote overseas location—where rent-free living is just one of the perks. We’re seeking an energetic, self-motivated professional to oversee the maintenance and daily operations of buildings and systems, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Day-to-day, you’ll balance hands-on tasks with management responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities. You’ll work closely with multi-discipline engineers, subject matter experts, and directly with the customer to support ongoing operations. You may also be involved in build and installation projects as needed. This is a rare opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary international team, contributing to exciting new initiatives within a rapidly growing organisation.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at our remote overseas location.

Essential experience of the Facility Manager
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Facility/operations management experience
  • Experience in reading and understanding electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Experience managing sub-contractors
  • Experience of creating and implementing processes and driving continual improvement activities
Qualifications for the Facility Manager
  • Engineering qualification or demonstrable experience in relevant roles
  • IOSH Managing safely would be advantageous

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting(DV) security clearance for this role.
