Location: Gilwell Park, Chingford, E4 7QW
Salary: £35,134 per annum (Band D, Level 3, incl. London weighting & market supplement)
Contract Type: Permanent, on-site role
Working Hours: 35 hours per week

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Facilities Technician with a strong electrical background who enjoys variety, problem-solving and hands-on work. From electrical fault-finding to planned maintenance and compliance checks, you’ll help keep our sites running smoothly and safely.

What you’ll be doing
  • Delivering electrical maintenance, testing and fault diagnosis across our sites
  • Supporting general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating
  • Managing and prioritising work via our CAFM system
  • Ensuring all work meets health, safety and compliance standards
  • Working collaboratively with contractors and supporting estates projects and upgrades
