A local healthcare provider in Sherborne is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to lead cleaning processes and manage staff within a supportive team. Responsibilities include conducting cleaning audits, ensuring training compliance, and supporting team development. As the Facilities Supervisor you will be knowledgeable in cleaning processes and have an awareness and understanding of Infection Prevention Control and COSHH. You will have passion to learn on how to lead a team and have experience with staff management. You will ensure the day-to-day team tasks are also met. Some of your duties will be to carry out cleaning audits, pre-planned maintenance, rota planning, and other office-based work. This post is part of the Facilities & Estates Service that Dorset Healthcare may transfer to an NHS wholly owned subsidiary company, from November 2025 or later.
This post is a full-time Monday to Friday role. We would also welcome part-time applicants with a minimum of 25 hours. You will need a full UK Driving Licence.
