Overview

Join us as Maintenance Lead at our Ty-Milford Hotel, part of The Celtic Collection, overseeing and prioritising all maintenance jobs to keep the property and plant in excellent condition.

Responsibilities
  • Organise the maintenance of the hotel property and plant, overseeing and prioritising all maintenance jobs
  • Create and implement SOPs to deliver on Visit Wales and AA 4 star requirements
  • Support the recruitment of the maintenance team, ensuring that they are fully trained to deliver a world-class guest service

  • A hotel background and to be able to demonstrate a track record of leading a team of maintenance specialists to keep the property in a condition commensurate to the highest standards
  • Operational experience in hotel facilities management and a thorough knowledge of the Electricity at Work Regulations, the Fire Precautions Act 1974 and the 18th Edition IEE Regulations
  • Have a focus on high standards of guest care and training in this area in line with key performance indicator targets
