Responsibilities
- Organise the maintenance of the hotel property and plant, overseeing and prioritising all maintenance jobs
- Create and implement SOPs to deliver on Visit Wales and AA 4 star requirements
- Support the recruitment of the maintenance team, ensuring that they are fully trained to deliver a world-class guest service

- A hotel background and to be able to demonstrate a track record of leading a team of maintenance specialists to keep the property in a condition commensurate to the highest standards
- Operational experience in hotel facilities management and a thorough knowledge of the Electricity at Work Regulations, the Fire Precautions Act 1974 and the 18th Edition IEE Regulations
- Have a focus on high standards of guest care and training in this area in line with key performance indicator targets
