Job description

We are currently looking for a confident and natural leader to join our Facilities Management Team as a Supervisor. The post holder will directly manage resources and supervise the Housekeeping Team in maintaining a clean, safe environment for our patients, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Work in unity with other team supervisors to contribute to and build a team ethos.
• Develop our housekeeping staff, support their training and deliver a first‑class service.
• Motivate and support the team in the provision of a high‑quality service, holding team meetings and maintaining mandatory training and appraisal compliance.
• Full training will be provided to support you and underpin your own career development.

Shift Pattern

We currently work a permanent shift pattern over a 7‑day rota, which includes early, late, weekends, bank holidays and night shifts. Rotating shifts are also a future possibility dependant on individuals and service needs. Contract hours/days will be discussed at interview.
