Responsibilities
- To be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness of Culver Square Shopping Centre by performing various cleaning duties & to comply with health & safety regulations.
- To assist with daily waste collections and recycling.
- To complete building maintenance and DIY tasks Painting, resetting paving slabs, basic carpentry basic plumbing, within the shopping centre as and when required.
- Willing to undertake training: PASMA, IPAF, other training courses as they arise.
- To perform all cleaning tasks in the shopping centre and Public Toilets accordance with training and instructions received.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism at all times ensuring the right service is delivered to cleaning specifications within a public facing role.
- Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards of health and safety with regards to yourself and that of others by always following the company procedures.
- To be flexible and a willing team player to assist with the delivery of other services as required, for example refuse collection, recycling collection, hand sweeping and various area cleaning including the shopping centre.
- To always maintain excellent customer service with colleagues, occupiers and members of the public.
- Be prepared to receive and undertake further training as required by the centre management.
- Non-skilled general fabric maintenance minor decorating, plumbing, brickwork and carpentry repairs
- Setting up marketing stalls and gazebos
- To maintain cleanliness in public shopping mall, office, and public toilets
- Weeding of roof areas and shopping mall
- Operate a variety of cleaning equipment
- Any other duties which may from time to time be required by the management team on site.
