Qualifications

• Previous regional facilities management experience in a multi-let property environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the FM team and vendors to ensure service standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
• Prepare and monitor service agreements in line with budgets.
