West Suffolk Council is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the council's operational buildings. This role will be responsible for security, building maintenance, catering and the procurement of facilities management contracts. You will act as the liaison for tenants regarding office space allocation, office moves and associated charges at West Suffolk House, Haverhill House and the Mildenhall Hub.
As an experienced manager, you will plan, coordinate and manage the work of the facilities and technical support teams. This includes developing their skills and knowledge and maximising the potential of all staff to deliver a high-performance culture.
We are looking for a strong manager with proven experience in facilities management and a commitment to customer service delivery to a range of stakeholders and partners.
