A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee Hard FM service delivery across Kent. This role involves managing compliance, health and safety, and operational teams for exceptional service. Candidates must have a strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance and proven people management skills. The role offers competitive salary, significant car allowance, and a family-friendly work environment with various employee benefits.
Annual salary: up to £53,125.00
Location: Maidstone – Office Based in Turkey Mill Business Park
Salary up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience, plus £4,000 car allowance
Contract: Full time – Permanent, 42.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday

This role will work alongside our client - Kent & Medway Mental Health Trust – you will manage Mears’s delivery of facilities services to a unique portfolio of properties across Kent.
We are seeking experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Hard FM services, ensuring buildings are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves managing compliance, health and safety, planned and reactive maintenance, and leading operational teams to deliver exceptional service. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to continuous improvement across all aspects of facilities management.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
