Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.
• Experience as a Handyperson, Maintenance Operative or Fabric Engineer is beneficial.
• Participate in site moves and equipment installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Support upkeep of building areas and report issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Skills

Hands-on experience in facilities management

Good understanding of maintenance procedures

Positive attitude and ability to work independently

Education

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery (Desired)
