Qualifications

• Relevant experience in building maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety principles including Risk Assessment, COSHH.
• Good IT/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance are carried out.
• Organise and manage all external maintenance contractors.
• Identify and implement innovations to improve service delivery.
