Responsibilities

  • Follow up on remedial works for compliance.
  • Schedule PPM tasks with Contractors.
  • Answer calls and raise Purchase Orders.
  • Raise Work Orders and perform relevant tasks.

Skills

Basic IT programmes (Word/Excel)
Experience using CAFM system
Understanding reactive and PPM jobs
Communication skills
Time management skills
Understanding of Facilities Management
Ability to work under own initiative
Ability to work under pressure
