A recruitment agency is looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator in Huddersfield for a temporary role of 3+ months.   • Create Work Orders and perform related tasks.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Facilities Helpdesk administrator to work with an education establishment in Huddersfield, HD1. This is a temporary role for 3+ months.

Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm

Hourly rate £13.46 per hour

Enhanced DBS required.

The core responsibilities for this role are:
  • Following up any remedial works that are required to ensure the business remains compliant
  • Schedule PPM tasks in with Contractors
  • Answering calls
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Raise Work Orders
  • Other relevant tasks
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
  • Understanding of basic IT programmes (Word / Excel) - essential
  • Experience using CAFM system - essential
  • Understand reactive and PPM jobs - essential
  • Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels
  • Good time management skills
  • Have a good understanding of what Facilities Management is
  • Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure
