A global security consultancy in Manchester is seeking a Facilities Advisor to manage day‑to‑day operations in their global office environments. Responsibilities include coordinating facility services, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. As a Facilities Advisor you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our global office environments. Reporting to the Facilities Manager Europe you will be responsible for coordinating facility services, office maintenance, vendor management and space planning across multiple international sites. Operating within a fast‑paced, high‑security environment you will ensure all locations are safe, efficient and aligned with company policies, security protocols and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams such as IT, Security, HR and Legal to support business continuity, optimise workplace experience and maintain physical infrastructure that supports a distributed and security‑conscious workforce.
