Overview

My client is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson/Fabric Technician to join a team based in Burgess Hill on a 3-month contract.

The role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), as well as reactive and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of fabric and building elements. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance duties, repairs, and supporting the fabric management of the site, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reactive and preventative maintenance tasks to maintain fabric and building elements.
