They are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Trades Person to join their team in the Weston-Super-Mare area, working on major blue-chip retail and hotel contracts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Multi Skilled / Plumber will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of Fabric Technician duties, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. The role requires a customer-focused approach, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within safety guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks, from basic plumbing to maintenance of building fabric. The role is multi-skilled, so a handyman with relevant experience within a similar setting is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working within commercial contracts, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites.

You will be responsible for maintaining several buildings, utilizing carpentry, roofing, and general multi-trade skills.

Ideally, candidates will have experience with one or more of the following:

- Plumber

- Builder / self-employed

Experience in the FM, retail, or public building sectors is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.

A flexible, proactive, and customer-focused approach to work.

A full UK driving license, as driving is required for reactive works.

Ensure all work is executed safely and to the highest standards.

Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed.

Participate in an on-call rota.

Maintain a presentable, courteous, and helpful demeanor at all times.

Manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks.

Flexibility to work out of hours when required.
