Overview

Fabric Technician - London
Full time, 40 hours/week, shifts between 08.00am and 17.00pm. Up to £35,000 per annum + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development). We have an exceptional career opportunity to join one of the world's leading healthcare providers as a Multi Skilled Fabric Technician. As part of the Estates team, you will provide a first class building maintenance service to the hospital and satellite sites, covering reactive, project and scheduled maintenance work. Responsibilities
  • Trade Skills: Basic Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting/Decorating, Changing Handles/Locks/Doors, Furniture Assembly, Electrical Works (changing lights, sockets, and lamps), Fire Alarm/Emergency Light Testing, Tap Installation/Tap Temperature Testing, Unblocking/Drainage, Cleaning Filters
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Fabric Technician in building services is essential.
  • Certifications: C&G/NVQ in any trade is desirable but not essential.
  • General knowledge of Fire regulations
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
