Responsibilities

• Deliver smooth, confident service across the pub and restaurant
• Take orders, run food and drinks, and support the guest journey from start to finish
• Support the team by stepping in wherever needed - running, clearing, resetting
• Engage with guests with warmth and ease, matching the mood of the space
• Communicate clearly with chefs, runners and managers to keep things flowing
• 1. Enjoy it: it's still work, but if you're having fun then so are our guests. It's ok if you're humming behind the bar or moving with the music.
• 2. Own it: whoever you are, and whatever your role, someone's enjoyment is in your hands. Always keep an eye out.
