Breakfast lunch or dinner the best meals arent just made by our brilliant chefs. Theyre made even more memorable by the great service our guests enjoy. As one of our experts youll make sure you know every dish on the menu so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. Youll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues youll deal with them right away. Thanks to you our guests will feel well-fed happy and wanting to come back for more.

What youll do

• To ensure that the restaurant breakfast area is prepared and ready for service as per department checklist.
• Menu knowledge is essential. To be able to recommend and to sell menu items using suggestive and up-selling techniques in a professional manner.
• To ensure that food and drinks are served in a consistent manner in line with standard presentation for food and drinks
• To follow the clearing procedure and ensure all room are cleared after each shift

This role also requires the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 addition youll need to be able to reach overhead and below your knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping and move over uneven or sloping surfaces. Prior to employment well ask you to complete safety training and certification.
