A warm and welcoming primary school in Iver is seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team from January. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to supporting the development of young learners during their foundational years.

The school places a strong emphasis on child-centred learning, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. As an EYFS Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging activities, supporting early development, and fostering a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of high-quality EYFS provision in line with the Early Years Framework
  • Lead small group and 1 : 1 activities to promote language, social, and motor skills development
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, contributing to learning journals and reports
  • Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning space that encourages curiosity and independence
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure each child’s needs are met
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through nurturing interactions
