A warm and welcoming primary school in Iver is seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team from January. Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of high-quality EYFS provision in line with the Early Years Framework
• Lead small group and 1 : 1 activities to promote language, social, and motor skills development
• Observe and assess children’s progress, contributing to learning journals and reports
• Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning space that encourages curiosity and independence
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure each child’s needs are met
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through nurturing interactions
