Location: Erith, Kent

Hours: 37.5 hours pw rotating hours

8.30am to 5pm and 9am to 5.30pm

NO REMOTE WORKING.

Salary: GBP32,000 to GBP35,000 pa + annual sales bonus

OTE: GBP37-GBP40,000 pa

Job type: permanent, paid monthly

Our established Client based on the Erith/Belvedere border is seeking a professional Export Sales Account Manager to join their busy team.

To support the development and growth of the international customer base through proactive engagement with distributors and agents, driving sales, supporting onboarding, and ensuring high-quality service.

Export Sales Account Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary internal contact for international distributors and agents, managing sales support tasks including quotations, sample requests, and project coordination.
  • Support the acquisition and onboarding of new distributors to drive international growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts across the distributor and agent network.
  • Coordinate showroom and exhibition requirements for international partners.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions and events (approx. 4 trips per year, up to 5 nights per trip), primarily within the EU.
Export Sales Account Manager Skills & Attributes
  • Communicates effectively and confidently via email, video calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • CRM or other experience would be beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate, timely information.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in international sales, business development, or account management is desirable
