What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up general export consolidations, particularly for shipments to the USA and Canada.
• Manage export bookings and coordinate pickups efficiently.
• Prepare and issue export quotations to clients.
• Handle all aspects of the export process from initial enquiry to final delivery.
• Ensure all required documentation for ISF and customs clearance is accurately prepared.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, and partners to manage schedules and ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with customs brokers and freight agents to ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Monitor and track all export shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the trainee team member and collaborate with a growing logistics team.
• Keep current with industry regulations and best practices.
• Accurately maintain export data within internal systems.
• Resolve any client or shipment issues proactively.
